Background

Welcome to my portfolio! My name is Taylor Hughes-Barrow and I am currently a student at Michigan State University under the College of Social Science. My field of study is centered on Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis on Law, Justice, and Public Policy and a minor in Digital Humanities.

Goals

I aim to craft educational media and technology that fosters social and emotional development, raises awareness on social justice issues, and nurtures comprehensive personal growth and development for adults. My overarching goal is to implement a just and equitable curriculum nationwide by advocating for educational policy reform.

Passions

I love being creative through any medium! From painting to designing websites, I enjoy designing projects that have an social impact, making learning fun and playful! I love to utilize the art of storytelling and multimodal design to produce content and materials that invoke self reflection within oneself and the world around them!

In my spare time I love listening to music, watching movies, connecting with friends and family, reading, and cooking!
